1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the hgk222 platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1  All financial transactions on hgk222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1  hgk222 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates — are stated on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2  Bonus funds are held separately from real-money Balance in your account. Real-money Balance is used in wagers before bonus funds unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

4.3  Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus funds.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

5.1  Players must use the hgk222 platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of Services, or systematic use of the platform for financial gain through methods not permitted by hgk222 is prohibited.

5.2  The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.

Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. hgk222 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player as soon as practicably possible.

6. Game Rules and Betting

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1  A Player may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting hgk222 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to verification, provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and no investigation is pending.

7.2  hgk222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, regulatory obligation, or player welfare concerns.
